Quantitative methods

Quantitative methods and synthesising graphical methods in approximation, projection and modelling of geographical phenomena
2009 – 2011 Project GA AV ČR no. KJB300860901

Annotation
The project has been aimed at analyses of spatial organisation at various hierarchical levels of regional systems. It has been concerned with delineation of regions and analysis of their internal structure. Spatial interaction modelling has been applied as the main research technique for analyses of both historical and current regional structure.
